Once an appointment is booked and payment is successfully made, the consultation slot is reserved exclusively for you.
No refund will be issued for cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments by the patient.
In the unlikely event of a technical issue or cancellation from our side, we will either reschedule your consultation at no extra cost or provide a refund at our discretion.
