My recent visit was for a upper back pain. Having been to several physiotherapists in the past for the same problem but no luck. This time I decided to try Phrapy and it is the best decision of my life. Within 3 to 4 sessions my pain gone. She doesn't only focus on the pain area but she fixes the cause. I have pain in my back since 15 years. I never thought I can get rid of that pain in my life but surprisingly it's gone with few sessions. It was best decision to visit Phrapy. She has healing hand. It is one of the best Physio therapy centre I experienced . I was suffering from severe shoulder, back and neck pain (Cervical Spondylitis) and recovered very soon after few sessions. Dr Sushmita singh has done very good job.The ambiance is very good and peaceful.

I visited Phrapy clinic and took Dr Sushmita’s consultation for my runners knee problem and further followed it up with ten days of therapy sessions. Right from the diagnosis of the problem to the treatment, everything was done with great professionalism. Apart from the ultrasonics and electro therapy provided in the clinic, I was also trained on various physical exercises and stretches targeting my pain area and it helped in relieving my knee pain considerably within a weeks time. Not only my pain came down drastically but I am also now able to get back to my gym routines.Dr Sushmita takes care of her patients with utmost care, always willing to patiently hear the doubts and clear them. Was there for my shoulder issues , got a good diagnosis of what was the issue exactly and worked on it , as the therapy progressed , issues was significantly fixed , just need to keep doing some necessary exercises and issues doesn't seem to come back again

I got a knee injury in ( infrapatellar bursitis) during my practice sessions for a dance event. I had come all the way from my hometown in South to Pune only for this dance event and it was really crucial for me to have a good recovery so that I could perform on stage. Dr Sushmita was kind and patient to hear all my problems, she explained the reasons and thorough exercises that I need to follow for next ten days. She also told me the sitting positions I need to avoid ( like squats, cross legs sitting) for few days I was undergoing therapy. I started feeling better within 10 days of the physiotherapy and I was able to rehearse better day by day now that I had 2 weeks left for my dance event. I was completely fine by the day the event happened and I could perform with my fullest potential. I will be grateful to Dr Sushmita for help and therapy during this tough time and my healing journey. 🌸✨

First of all gratitude 🙏🏽. I had my shoulder injured back in 2020 while playing Badminton which was very frustrating and then the long journey of finding a solution to it started by seeing almost 10 best Orthopaedics, but no one could really understand what was wrong and hence it was never fixed and I wasted a lot of money too.One day I thought of searching for a good Physiotherapist near me and then I visited Dr Sushmita mam’s clinic. She very well analysed the issue, understood the problem and recommended me 10 sessions of therapy and today was the last session and trust me the issue which some senior Ortho surgeons couldn’t fix she did in first 6-7 sessions of therapy. She is very intelligent in understanding the root cause and then takes the patient on a slow but steady process of healing through her therapy.She also went a step ahead and inquired me about my sleeping posture, suggested few changes which I did and it all helped me in fixing my shoulder pain. I have restarted playing Badminton after 4 years and I can’t tell you how pleasing it feels to get back to playing your fav sport again after the gruesome injury.     Phrapy is a physical therapy center which help you to get rid of any chronic pain. Phrapy journey has been started from Pune, Maharashtra and till now treated more than 1000+ pateints. 

    You need to book the appointment by clicking on Appointment Button on the webiste, After filling the details our team will reach to you set the meeting with pyhsiotherapist.

    You will need to be prepared with the following requirements before the consultation starts:

    1. Share relevant medical documents & test reports on WhatsApp.
    2. Zoom link for the session will be shared 1 hour before the consultation
    3. Connect Zoom via mobile or laptop
    4. Sit in a silent place with open space around (4ft x 4 ft) & good internet connection

    As per consultation our physiotherapist provide you the excercise plan depend upon your problem statement.

    The consultation duration may vary according to the condition. It generally take 30 – 45 mins.

    We do have physical clinic, but it only present in Pune City. If you are from out pune then all treatment will happen online.

    The charges after that depend on the problem and the duration of the treatment required. Pricing plans will be explained immediately after the consultation.
